If you’ve ever built something with LEGOs, you know that the order matters. Get the pieces in the wrong order, and eventually the whole thing falls apart. But when the foundation is right and the pieces are put together in the right order, something beautiful can take shape.
As FaithPoint celebrates 15 years of God’s faithfulness, we’re beginning a new six-week series called BRINGING FAITH TO LIFE. Over these six weeks, we’ll explore our 6 core values that help describe who we are as a church, how we live out our mission, and the kind of community God is calling us to become.
And where do we begin? Grace First. That’s not just the first value on a list. It’s the foundation underneath everything else.
Ephesians 2 reminds us why grace has to come first. Paul gives us a brutally honest picture of our condition: we were spiritually dead. We could not rescue ourselves or make ourselves worthy of God’s love. But God… rich in mercy and great in love, made us alive in Christ.
That’s grace.
And grace isn’t something we earn, achieve, or eventually graduate from. Grace is where we begin—and where we keep beginning.
So as we begin this journey of bringing faith to life, we start where the Gospel starts: not with what we need to do for God, but with what God has already done for us in Jesus. That is where FaithPoint begins. Services are at 8:30 & 10am. Live Streaming available at 10am.
