One of the promises parents make when their child is baptized is to “faithfully bring them to the services of God’s house, teach them the Lord’s Prayer, the Creed, Ten Commandments and place in their hands the Holy Scriptures.” To help parents fulfill that promise we are offering ‘My First Bible’ class.
‘My First Bible’ is one of our Faith Stepping Stones. It is geared towards all 3rd graders and is a wonderful opportunity for your child and at least one parent to explore the truths of the Bible. The class will include teachings about the 66 books of the Bible and explore some important Bible passages.
All students completing the class will receive a complimentary Bible that will be used in JAM (3rd-5th grade).
