Part 2 of 5 in Series “Dining with Jesus”
Have you ever been in a big crowd, yet because of a companion or a close friend, you never really felt lonely or afraid? In John 6, we read how Jesus spent the day with a large crowd, and yet somehow managed to show that he cared for each person there. Even though the crowd was big, no one was treated like “just another face.” While the disciples were ready to dismiss the hungry crowd late in the day and have people fend for themselves, Jesus zeroes in on a young boy with his lunch and, in God’s hands, multiplies it into more than enough.
