This Sunday we walk the road to Emmaus with two disciples whose hopes have been crushed — and we discover how the risen Jesus meets us most fully at the table. In Luke 24:13–35 we’ll see that it is the ordinary act of hospitality — inviting a stranger in, sharing a meal — that opens eyes and sets hearts on fire. We’ll also hear how Hebrews reminds us that in welcoming strangers we may be welcoming angels, or even the Lord himself. Come expecting a story that turns despair into recognition, and an invitation to let your table become a place of encounter.

Join us at 9:30am for our last summer worship time. We will move to two services on Sept. 7.
