In Ephesians 4:15, Paul tells us to speak the truth in love. I suppose it’s good to speak the truth, even if it’s a bit late.
Zachary, age 5, came screaming out of the bathroom to tell me his dad that he’d dropped his toothbrush in the toilet. Dad fished it out, threw it in the garbage, and washed his hands.
Zachary stood there thinking for a moment, then ran to the other bathroom and came out with his dad’s toothbrush. He held it up and said with a charming little smile, “We better throw this one out too then, ’cause it fell in the toilet last week.”
This week we’ll continue part 2 of “The Art of Agreeing to Disagree” and hear four more practical steps on how to draw the line, without burning the bridge.
Join us for worship this Sunday. Worship services are at 8:30 & 10am. Live Streaming available at 10am.
