JAM — “JESUS AND ME” (3rd-5th grade)

“Jesus and Me” meets Wednesday evenings from 5:30-7:00pm, Sept. through April. This is a fun midweek program designed just for 3rd–5th graders! Each evening includes hands-on learning, games, and small group Bible study to help kids grow in their faith and understand how to use their Bibles.

Time change during Lent!

During Lent, JAM will be held from 5:30-6:30pm.  Please note this change for these dates: Feb. 25, March 4, 11, 18 and 25.

 

A night at JAM includes a large group opening time with object lessons and the evening ends with the students in small group Bible Study. Our hope is that students will learn how to use their Bibles and apply its truth to their lives. Each child brings their Bible each week. Children may bring any Bible, but most bring the Bible they are given in the Faith Stepping Stone Bible Class. These Study Bibles are in the NiRV version (specifically written at a 3rd-grade reading level) and are available for purchase for $20. Our programming is a three-year rotation – helping them grow in their faith as they study the Promises of God, Becoming like Jesus, and the Fruit of the Holy Spirit.

Photographic Consent

I consent to my child(ren) attending FaithPoint Lutheran Church for any function being photographed. Parent Commitment

Each family is expected to partner with us and volunteer at least ONE ROTATION. Each rotation will be about six nights. We cannot run JAM without parent volunteers. Please select your top three choices. You will be contacted where you are placed as soon as possible.

Payment Information

After submitting registration information, you will be directed to our payment page to submit the $25 JAM fee. (If you have kids in other programs, you can combine all fees into one payment.)
