Summer Stretch

Summer Stretch is a Gospel-centered summer program for incoming 6, 7 & 8th grade students that combines service work and fun activities. 

Summer Stretch will take place on the four Wednesdays in June this summer. We will be doing a mix of service projects, fun activities, and brief bible studies during our time together. It gives middle school students a chance to show the love of Christ to our community and also get to know one another better!

DETAILS:

  • Dates: WEDNESDAYS: JUNE 3, 10, 17, & 24
  • Pick up and drop off: FaithPoint Lutheran Church, 1051 270th Street West, New Prague
  • Times: approx 8:30-4:00, EXCEPT June 24 which will be in the afternoon
  • Events:
        June 3- FMSC/SkyZone
        June 10- Highway Pickup/Sandventure
        June 17- Ney Nature Center/LaunchPad
        June 24- AFTERNOON Food Drive/Twins Game
  • Individual in Charge: Haley Bogh, FaithPoint Youth Director
  • Cost: $125 for all four days; $100 for three. Cost covers all activities. Transportation, t shirt, and a meal each day.
  • Parents are required to sign up to be chaperones and drivers for at least one of the days of Summer Stretch. We appreciate so deeply your help in putting this on for our students. If you are able, you are welcome to help us by chaperoning for multiple days! A sign-up form will be sent to you once registration is received.
