We invite you to come, slow down, and enjoy the sights, sounds, and hope the Christmas season brings as we enjoy soups, salad, breads and Christmas treats. There will be special music, Christmas carols, and an inspirational message from our guest speaker, Kimberlee Wedel. Even our carefully planned Christmases can end up falling far short of what we’d imagined. But having the best Christmas ever isn’t about a perfectly crafted celebration. We hope you will come and invited a friend to join you.
Kimberlee Wedel was our speaker at our 2022 Christmas Gathering. The women in attendance that year loved her insights on “prayer wrapping” – a nod to her past job as a gift wrap stylist at Dayton’s. This year, Kimberlee will help us to see that through the nostalgia and traditions of the season, it is when our focus is on Jesus and the significance of his birth that we can experience “the best Christmas ever”. Kimberlee Wedel is a community leader, mother, and mentor. Raised in Minnetonka, Minnesota, Kimberlee has always had a passionate heart for serving others and nurturing foundational relationships that can impact more than just the people around her. She now resides in Prior Lake, Minnesota with her husband Jason and dog Tim, and will drop off a coffee occasionally to her two “grown and flown” kids.
A free-will offering will be taken at the door.
Be sure to sign up early. We did have a waiting list last year. We have 200 spots available for dinner. There is an option to just come for the program at 7pm.
